The HUOBER original Swabian crispy pretzels are quite simply crispy and good. That might sound easy, but producing quality of this kind needs dedication day in day out in the bakery. As is the case with the large pretzels, the dough is kneaded carefully and given time to rest because that is the only way the light, crispy texture and the fantastic taste can develop naturally in production. The skill of the dough makers and lots of time for the natural baking process of the shaped raw dough pretzels ensure optimal volume. In an oven 30 metres long, they turn beautifully shiny and brown, and become really crispy. Naturally the HUOBER bakers only use organic flour from our local farmers – which is why our pretzels really can claim to be genuinely Swabian!
Ingredients: wheat flour* (87%), salt (5%), palm fat*, yeast, barley malt extract*, acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide).
