We bake the most popular pretzel stick size, the sticks, in a special quality, because the spelt for these sticks is cultivated in biodynamic agriculture around the pretzel factory in Erdmannhausen. The spelt varieties come from independent, biodynamic grain growers, which we support through the ErdmannHAUSER seed campaign. After harvesting, grinding takes place in your own special mill. Our bakers don’t use stray salt on the spelt sticks and let the special aroma of spelled come to the fore.
Ingredients: spelt flour* (92%), palm fat**, barley malt extract*, salt (2%), acidity regulator (sodium hydroxide).
