And the favourite part of his pretzels, the crispy, crunchy arms, was to be the standard for the entire pretzel. The slimline pretzels are still being baked in the first Württemberg pretzel factory today using traditional recipes from Emil Huober. “Always fresh, always crispy” was what was said in Emil Huober’s day: the HUOBER bakers renew this quality promise, originally made by the company founder, day in day out with expertise and skill, and produce large pretzels for all kinds of occasions and for every snack range.
